Our primary mission partnership is with What Matters Ministries and the continued development of Casa Angelina Orphanage in Guatemala. Casa Angelina, founded over five years ago, is an 18-acre complex in Central Guatemala. It is a uniquely beautiful sanctuary that houses 75 treasured children who have been rescued from the streets and dumps of Guatemala, and from terrible situations of abuse. Children live in small homes each occupying 10 to 20 residents.

The site is constantly changing as home after home is constructed and more and more orphans are able to be rescued. Many more will call Casa Angelina home in the future when up to 500 children will live there.

Each February Living Hope sends a team of short term missionaries to Casa Angelina to learn about the mission, meet the children, help with construction of new homes, and encourage house parents. If you would like to know more about supporting Casa Angelina, or if you are interested in joining our next trip, contact Jodie Larson at 605-359-2270.

We also have sent short term mission teams to Cambodia and Haiti and have a long-term partnership with a couple from Macedonia through Global Partners, the mission arm of the Wesleyan Church.
