Small groups play an essential role in the life of a healthy, growing church community. They provide a place where people can get to know one another and support one another while learning together. At Living Hope Wesleyan Church, we think a true community does all that and more.

Sunday Morning Prayer Gathering: Sundays, 8:15 AM in the SE Annex.  Join with others to pray for morning services and all ministries at LHWC.

Study of 1st John for Adults: Sundays, 9:00 AM in the SE Annex.  Study and discussion from the book of 1st John.  Discussion led by Tammy Jung.

Study of Romans for Adults: Sundays, 10:40 AM in the SE Annex.  Study and discussion from the book of Romans.  Discussion led by JoLynn Bulick.

Study for Women: Tuesdays, 9:00 AM at the 2nd Street Diner.  Meet with other women weekly to study various topics.  Led by Peggy Bundy.

Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire Book Study and Prayer Group: Sundays, 4:00 PM in the SE Annex. Drawing on the teaching of Scripture, his own experience and the collected wisdom of the great revivalists, he seeks to fan your passion for prayer into a flame. Study for Men: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM in the West Level 1 1/2 classroom at LHWC.  Led by Dale Ziebarth.  Course of study yet to be determined.

“Believing God” Study for Women: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM in SE Annex.  DVD and discussion led course studying Beth Moore’s “Believing God.”  Led by Nichole Peterson.

The Truth Project: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM.  Location yet to be decided.  DVD based small group curriculum comprised of 12 one-hour lessons taught by Dr. Del Tackett.  This study is a starting point for looking at life from a Christian worldview.  Visit thetruthproject.org for more info.

Study of Acts for Adults: Wednesdays, 6:30 PM in the East 1 1/2 level classroom. This adult study will concentrate on the study and discussion of Acts. Please contact Keith Bundy @ 480-0976 for more info.

Marriage Study: Thursdays, 6:30 PM in the SE Annex.  Based on “Fireproof” and on “The Homebuilders” topical marriage study series.  Led by Tim Troxell.

Saturday Morning Prayer Breakfast: Saturdays, 7:30 AM @ 913 NE 11th Street.  Meet with a group of men for prayer.  Led by Keith Bundy.

Young Married Fellowship: 1st Saturday of the month @ 5:30 PM, beginning in February.  Supper and fellowship based activities.  Childcare isn’t provided and the leader is yet to be decided.

Chick Flick Movie Matinee: 1st Saturday of the month, 2 PM at LHWC.  Enjoy a classic movie together and the opportunity to connect with other women from Living Hope. Pop and popcorn are provided. Please contact Patty Nelson @ 256-4226 or Barb Tornow @ 483-3490 for additional details.

Grand Slam Growth: Selected Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM in the SE Annex.  The purpose is to direct spiritual growth, train leaders and teach the doctrine of the Wesleyan Church.  101, 201, 301, and 401 will be offered before June.
